The execution of the vision.
We take the creative concept from paper to place—sourcing materials, coordinating visual elements, and overseeing the transformation of your space. From draping and lighting to styling, installation, and the smallest finishing details, our team manages the visual execution from setup through breakdown.
On the day, we remain on site as creative eyes over the environment, ensuring the celebration comes together exactly as it was envisioned.
The creative direction experience is where the vision becomes a fully realized wedding.
I take the established design concept and oversee how it translates across the wedding day—guiding the visual decisions, communicating with creative vendors, and thoughtfully sourcing the elements that bring the aesthetic together.
Vendor Direction
I collaborate with your planner and creative vendors to ensure each contributor understands the overall visual direction. This can include providing creative briefs, reviewing proposals and design concepts, refining selections, and offering visual guidance to florists, stationers, lighting teams, rental companies, venues, and other design-focused vendors.
Rental & Material Curation
I curate the physical elements that shape the environment, including tables, chairs, linens, tabletop pieces, bars, lounge furniture, specialty pieces, vessels, candles, and other styling elements. Where appropriate, I source these pieces through my own rental collection or through outside rental partners to create a layered, intentional look.
Design Refinement
I oversee the details that make the design feel cohesive—color, texture, scale, proportion, materials, floral direction, stationery, tabletop design, lighting, and styling. I help determine not only what belongs, but how each element should work together within the larger visual story.

The Creative Clarity Call is a private, one-hour creative consultation designed for couples who have ideas, inspiration and a vision for their wedding—but need an expert eye to bring it all together.

Together, we’ll uncover what’s working, what’s missing, and how to turn your inspiration into a celebration that feels cohesive, intentional and unmistakably yours.
